Why I always sad to remember this. no matter how strong I fight, I still can't escape my self from this all!

well, assalamu'alaikum...? hope you all good dude...
I'm here too...
I just wanna write down that I always am sad to remember my ex-boy friend and my mother as well, I don't why..... and somehow I don't know too... that I can't help for this one... but yeah,... still make my self struggle for all things come to my life and face it.. with the guidance from Allah Swt.. please help me god.. You are the boss.. You are in charge.. amiin........
